Free School Meals & Help for Families

We know this is a difficult time and some families will be experiencing a change in their financial circumstances . Our Kitchen Team have done a great job putting together weekly bags of groceries for some of our families since we closed.
From Monday 20th April  supermarket vouchers of £15 per week will be issued as part of a Government funded scheme and this will apply for all eligible pupils.
You may not have claimed for Free School Meals before, however it is really easy to check your eligibility online. The School will receive the information securely and we can then administer your payments. Please find a link below:

**Foodbank update**
Wirral Council and community food providers have come together to make sure vulnerable residents don’t go hungry during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Feeding Birkenhead, Supporting Wirral, Wirral Foodbank and other third sector food providers, are coordinating efforts and centralising their bulk food collection and distribution operations at a new Emergency Food Hub, managed by Wirral Council.
Residents experiencing difficulties in accessing food can visit www.wirral.gov.uk/foodhelp to submit their details online using a simple form or call the Wirral Coronavirus Helpline (0151 666 5050, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm). Using the website is recommended as the helpline is very busy.
